Big things come in small packages, and this rebuild showcases the true potential of the small space. Our challenge with this remodel was to build in as much storage space as reasonable, without condensing the space any further. Each room is equipped with 1.5 ft of over head storage taking advantage of the 9 ft ceiling the home started with. In addition to that, the bathroom, bedroom and hallway have a shared 3 × 3 ft storage space that can be accessed from those three living areas.

To tie in the owners interest, deep shelves were installed in the living room to support a record player with lid. These shelves extend into the bedroom to double as a bookcase. Every detail of storage space was meticulously thought out and designed to maximize usable space within this beautiful remodel.
