This one is personal: a home for Charlotte and her husband, Tomislav, in Pridraga, the small Croatian village where his father grew up. It will be where they retire one day, and until then a holiday rental for anyone who wants to experience the village for themselves. The project has made it through planning, and they hope to break ground in 2027.
